Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage session to address pain and/or autonomic dysregulation (i.e. stress).

David’s approach is to work slowly, gently, respectfully, and at your preferred pressure – always listening deeply and supportively with his ears, hands, and heart.

David graduated the Brian Utting School of Massage as well as a Biodynamic Craniosacral certification program in April 2006 before earning his Somatic Experiencing Practitioner certification the following year. As he gained valuable hands-on experience, David has observed that by working slowly – at the pace of his client’s nervous system – he could achieve significantly better results for his clients while avoiding unnecessary discomfort during or after the session. Additionally, by working at this slower pace, virtually all of David’s clients leave feeling a greater sense of calm and ease in their bodies. Yes, even after a deep tissue injury session.

David’s training and approach benefit a wide variety of conditions, including:

Injuries: pain, stiffness, soreness, tightness, etc. Tension and migraine headaches Work/life stress Emotional holding Anxiety, trauma, fears

David helps you feel safer and more comfortable in your body because feeling safe and comfortable in the world begins with feeling safe and comfortable in your body.
